TRADITIONAL FOREIGN NATIONAL PROGRAM

Key details about the traditional foreign national program

  1. Our Foreign National Loan program offers competitive interest rates.
  2. You can borrow up to $1,000,000.00 per property (minimum amount borrowed is $100,000).
  3. Multiple Fixed rate terms to choose from (10, 15, 20, 25 & 30).
  4. Multiple Adjustable rate terms available as well (5/1, 7/1, 10/1 and 15 and 30 years fixed)
  5. You can use our Foreign National Loan Program to Purchase a New home or refinance your current home.
  6. No pre-payment penalties.
  7. We can finance up to 70% loan-to-value (if the home is worth $500,000 then we can lend up to $375,000).
  8. This program is eligible for multiple property types including: single-family homes, condos and townhouses.
  9. Some seller concessions are allowed (Max 6% up to 65% LTV)
  10. Escrows: Taxes and insurance escrows are required

The DGNQM Foreign National is designed for non-US citizens who visit the country for business or vacation. We offer two DGNQM program doc types for purchase money, refinance and cash-out on second homes and investment properties.
