Get Prequalified and Preapproved for credit for Your Mortgage.

Before you start looking for a home you need to know how much you can borrow. The best way of doing that is being prequalify for a mortgage. To get this prequalification you will need to provide your lender with documents like pay stub, w2, tax return, ids, bank statements and some more in order for them to tell you the amount you could lend. The prequalification process will also teach you all you need to know about closingcost, interest rates, down payment preparing you for your next step.

Step 3

Find the Right Real Estate Agent.

Real estate agents are a must when buying a home. Either you have experience or not the realtor is your eyes when finding a home. They will guide you to accomplish your goal without major adversity.
Their knowledge of the home buying process, negotiating skills and familiarity with the area you want to live in can be extremely valuable and the best news is it does not cost you a dime because their compensation is paid by the seller of the house
