The DGNQM Investor program is for experienced real estate investors who are purchasing or refinancing investment properties to be held for business purposes.
For investors who have a history of owning and managing residential or commercial real estate DG Pinnacle Funding. will finance up to 8 properties or $2 million for one borrower, whichever is less.
The loan qualification is determined based on a debt coverage ratio, DCR, with borrowers qualifying based on subject property cash flows.
